Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account we store your sign-in identity (Apple or Google), your name if you share it, and the answers you give during onboarding (skin type, concerns, goals). When you use the app we store your face-scan results (scores, metrics, AI tips) and your product-scan history.

Your selfies

Face photos are sent securely to our servers only to generate your skin analysis. Analysis is performed by our AI provider (Anthropic) and the photo is not used to train AI models. Scan results are stored in your private account space; photos are not shared publicly or sold.

Where data lives

Your data is stored with Supabase on servers in the European Union, protected by row-level security so only your account can read it. Subscription status is processed by Apple and RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.

Product data

Product lookups use the Open Beauty Facts public database. Your scans of products are linked to your account so you can see your history.

Deleting your data

You can delete your scan history anytime from Profile → Delete my scans. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us and we will erase it within 30 days.
